Tiki Loco is a Mexican and Hawaiin infused cafe in Deep Ellum that is COMPLETELY vegan. Apart from their tasty tacos and Mexican food, they also have plenty of smoothie and juice options that are perfect if you are on the go! These vegan cups of joy are super nutritional and will leave you feeling satisfied and full.
Our favorite smoothie at Tiki Loco Deep Ellum is their Nutty Nana signature smoothie! If you’re looking for a place to sit and enjoy your smoothie or juice and maybe want to do some work while you’re there then Tiki Loco is the perfect spot for you. The atmosphere is laid back and they offer free wifi to their customers, perfect for anyone that is looking for a remote workspace.
Dallas’ newest Juice Bar is opening in Uptown Dallas in early August. Pressed Juicery is the leading cold-pressed juice and plant-based beverage brand dedicated to making high nutrition a realistic option for all people.
As a mission-driven company, the Pressed Juicery team is dedicated to creating nutrient-rich and delicious products that are also affordable and convenient. Pressed Juicery prides their long-standing relationships with their growers which allows their produce to arrive at their facilities within two days of being harvested. Followed by being pressed into a beverage within just three days. Giving customers only the freshest and most wholesome produce made drinks.
In addition to cold-pressed juices and plant-based milk, Pressed Juicery offers their signature Freeze – a vegan plant-based soft-serve – shots, tonics, and healthy grab and go snacks.
Vitality Bowls is a superfood café that specializes in acai bowls, smoothies, paninis, fresh juices and salads. They are famous for their acai bowls (aka: smoothie bowls) and signature smoothies, which contain one of their featured superfoods: Acai, Graviola, Pitaya, or Acerola.
Our favorites at Vitality Bowls in Preston Hollow include the Tropical Bowl (a base blend of organic açai, coconut milk, apple juice, bananas, mango and pineapple then topped with organic granola, bananas, strawberries and coconut shavings), the Nutty Bowl (base of acai, almond milk, apple juice, peanut butter, bananas, strawberries and flaxseed, then topped with organic granola, bananas and sliced almonds), and the always popular The Dragon™ smoothie (pitaya, guava juice, strawberries, mango, and raspberries).
Vitality’s bowls and smoothies contain NO ice, NO frozen yogurt, NO artificial preservatives, NO added sugars or any other fillers. Most of their superfoods are organic and everything is made fresh to order in their allergy-friendly kitchen.
Frutazo Juice Bar and Fruteria is a boutique Latin inspired jugo (juice) bar and fruteria offering a Mexican take on healthy living. Brothers Cristobal and Guillermo Garcia opened Frutazo with a desire to provide healthy options to the surrounding community. The concept turns the conventional fruteria on its head, offering the unexpected, like açaí bowls and freshly squeezed juices, while reserving a spot on the menu for “tradicionales”, such as the classic mangonada.
Frutazo brings a pop of color and flavor to the surrounding Richardson and Garland area. The brothers really wanted to bring their personality to the space which shows through their beautiful tropical mural their friend and artist, Minerva from Cancun, created for Frutazo as well as their favorite Reggaeton tunes that add even more character to this unique juice bar.
As Dallas’ first (and only!) organic juice bar, serving up Honestly Organic juices, smoothies and green bites, The GEM Juice Bar uses only the freshest organic ingredients in every juice, made cold-pressed fresh every day.
Disco soul sisters Mary Kathryn Bass and Leslie Needleman, CHHC, founded The GEM in 2011, after Leslie was diagnosed with breast cancer. Beginning as a journey to discover how nutrition could heal the body, the two fell in love with a healthy lifestyle and with spreading that love and knowledge to their fiercely loyal GEM community.
All of The GEM’s juice is non-HPP, meaning it’s bottled without “high pressure processing,” a technique that other juice bars use to extend the shelf life of their “fresh” product up to six weeks. The GEM believes that pure, wholesome food is medicine for the body, mind, and soul — and that disco cures just about anything else!
