1311 S Ervay St, Dallas TX

FAQs:

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Dallas Donut Fest is a family-friendly event, but note that all IDs are checked at the bar. Those under 21 may redeem their drink ticket for soda or water.

What are my transportation/parking options?

Four Corners Brewing Company is located in the up-and-coming Cedars district. Check out the neighborhood here. The brewery has approximately 60 parking spaces with limited handicap parking available. You may also park in the Dallas Police Association’s adjacent lot or find street parking.

Taking public transportation? Four Corners is conveniently located about 5 minutes’ walking distance from the DART Cedars Station.

What can I bring into the event?

Your appetite! Extra food, beer and merchandise are available for purchase too. Here’s what NOT to bring:

→ Outside food, drink, or alcoholic beverages

→ Weapons (knives, pepper spray, any concealed weapons or firearms, etc.)

→ Illegal drugs, chemicals, fireworks

→ Unapproved marketing material of any kind (pamphlets, handouts, advertisements)

→ Backpacks, suitcases, coolers, or other large bags

All bags are subject to search upon entry to the event. Security reserves the right to request patrons to return prohibited items to their vehicle, or dispose of these items; non-cooperation may lead to ejection from the facility.

Do I have to leave after my session time ends?

You’re more than welcome to stay and enjoy Four Corners’ taproom as well as the outdoor patio where artisans will be showcasing and selling their products. However, you do have to exit the dedicated indoor event space when your session ends.

What’s the refund policy?

Dalls Donut Fest has a no refund policy so all ticket sales are final.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You may print your ticket or show your mobile ticket confirmation for scanning at the door.

Is my ticket transferrable? What if the name I registered doesn’t match the person who attends?

Simply email the purchased ticket(s) to your friend, and they can enter our festival no problem. Once your ticket has been scanned at entry, however, it cannot be re-scanned.

If you purchased a bunch of tickets for friends/family, please have your entire party present when checking in.
